CAIA support the UK’s over 20,000 Armenians, from their centre in West London, and were well placed to adapt to the barriers created by ‘lockdown’ due to being user-led, understanding the needs of isolated and inter sectional Armenians and having already been part of the Good Things Foundation’s Online Centre Network.

CAIA secured a successful grant to employ a part time digital inclusion project co-ordinator. Throughout the pandemic we continued to deliver seasonal services.
