Become a trustee
HEAR is looking for trustees to join the Board to help lead the organisation during this pivotal and exciting time.
We would like to hear from people who understand the needs of organisations, and individuals, working in the field of equality and human rights.
You will have:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of the practical, operational, strategic, social, and political context in which human rights and inequality occurs.
- An understanding of charity operations, governance, and role as a trustee.
You should be able to commit to at least six board meetings a year and one full day meeting.
